Re: Letter of Recommendation for Mr. Mitchell Ellis
To Whom it May Concern,
I would like to take this opportunity to convey my highest recommendation that Mr. Mitchell Ellis be selected into the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Candidate Program.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Mitchell for the past 2½ years and during that time have had an opportunity to observe and interact with him on almost a daily basis. Mitchell is a young man who is mature and responsible beyond his years. Mitchell gets along with everyone he meets and is respectful of authority. Mitchell possesses many qualities and attributes that will assure his future success. Among those are honesty, integrity, intelligence, responsibility and a very strong work ethic.
I would also describe Mitchell as being very focused, dedicated and driven. Out of high school, Mitchell pursued training as a helicopter pilot through a private helicopter training program. Mitchell was doing very well in his training and was progressing very rapidly. Unfortunately, the helicopter flight school that Mitchell was attending went bankrupt before he was able to complete the entire program. While some might have given up after such a setback, Mitchell immediately set out to find a way to continue on with his goal of being a pilot, in particular a helicopter pilot.
Mitchell is of such strong character that I am certain that he will reach his goal and will be very successful in the future. I feel certain that Mitchell would excel in the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Candidate Course and would be an asset to the program.
It is with great confidence that I give my highest recommendation that Mitchell be accepted into the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Candidate Program. Please feel free to contact me with any questions at (817) 573-1114.
Sincerely,
